Behavioral targeting with Display ads and how it works?
Behavioral: When assessing the behavior of customers, keep track of the deals that customers are responding to the most. This will benefit you since you will know what deals to keep ongoing and what deals are not bringing in profits. Behavioral targeting looks at what someone has searched recently or sites they frequent to help determine that they fit your target market more than someone else. (cookies or pixels on your computer come into play)
This helps weed out the people you don’t want wasting your time calling you.
It doesn’t always work the way you want, for example a guy goes online to buy his wife a pair of shoes for her birthday. For the next 30 days he will see ads for women’s shoes, but is not necessarily going to impulsively purchase more shoes for her.
